Prof. Arturo Díaz Suárez is a Full Professor at the University of Murcia, Spain, and a distinguished researcher in the fields of physical education, psychomotricity, sport sciences, and active lifestyles. With more than 27 years of academic and teaching experience, he has made significant contributions to sport education, physical activity research, and the promotion of health through sport.
Prof. Díaz Suárez previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the University of Murcia and currently leads research initiatives focused on sport management, physical activity, psychomotor development, and sustainable sport practices. Throughout his career, he has authored more than 100 scientific publications, supervised 25 doctoral theses, contributed to numerous books and book chapters, and participated in over 100 international scientific conferences.
As Principal Investigator and coordinator of several national and international research projects, he has played a key role in advancing interdisciplinary collaboration across Europe and Latin America. His research interests include physical activity and health, psychomotricity, sport management, sports education, volunteerism in sport, and sustainable development through physical activity.
