Dr. Ali Tinazli is a transatlantic business leader with 15+ years of board-level and C-suite impact across Health AI, MedTech, DeepTech, and Diagnostics. A dual US–German citizen, he has led market transformations in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His career includes senior roles at HP Inc. (built the company’s first enterprise Healthcare & Life Sciences strategy with board approval) and Sony (established and scaled a life-sciences/IVD business in the Americas), and as CCO of Fluxergy he helped bring the firm’s first CE-IVD point-of-care diagnostic to market in Europe and Asia.

As CEO of lifespin GmbH, he leads the digitization of the human metabolome—building a large-scale reference dataset and AI analytics to enable early detection, continuous monitoring, and preventive care at population scale.

Notable board/advisory work includes Edico Genome – a DNA-compute pioneer acquired by Illumina – as well as roles with Softhread and Fluxergy, reflecting a track record of guiding breakthrough technologies from concept to commercial proof.
