Maria Quintas is a global business executive and C‑level leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. She has led organizations in sectors including life sciences, femtech, FMEG, hospitality, and health & well‑being, consistently delivering sustainable EBITDA growth and scaling multi‑country operations.
Maria currently serves as CEO of Zadex, where she leads vision, strategy, and expansion across biotech, medical device, and fintech verticals. Previously, she was Global Head of Commercial Operations at Establishment Labs, overseeing global P&L and omnichannel commercial strategy across B2C, B2B2C, and DTC models. Her earlier roles include global business leadership at Eurofins Scientific, COO at Restalia, and CEO & founder of Goody Help Co, an e‑health platform operating in Europe and LATAM.
