Sheyla Pinto Rubio is a business engineer and entrepreneur with over seven years of experience in pharmaceutical retail operations. She is the co-founder of Bigfarma, a pharmacy network in Peru that provides pharmacy services within private clinics and outpatient healthcare facilities.

Through her work, she has been involved in the development and management of pharmacy operations, including supplier coordination, inventory management, and daily operational processes. Her experience focuses on how pharmacy services operate within clinical environments and how efficient distribution systems can support access to essential medicines.

Sheyla holds a degree in Business Engineering from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.
