We welcome researchers, academics, industry professionals and students to submit abstracts for oral presentations, poster sessions and workshops. Follow the steps below to submit successfully.
Select a topic
Before submitting, decide which session category you want to present in. We welcome literature reviews, surveys, business case studies and research papers in the following areas.

Prepare your abstract
Title
Concise, centred and in bold sentence case.
Authors
Co-authors and affiliations in italics, main author underlined, presenting author marked with an asterisk (*).
Language
Abstracts must be written in English.
Font
Times New Roman, size 12, justified alignment, 1.5 line spacing.
References
Superscript numbers, listed at the end using standard Chemical Abstracts Source Service Index terminology (YEAR, VOLUME, PAGE).
Figures
Figures, graphs and schemes are encouraged for clarity.
Format
Submit in MS Word or PDF format.
Two ways to submit
Online submission
Complete the abstract submission form on the official event portal. Files must be under 1 MB.
Email submission
Send your abstract as an attachment to pharmax@nextbusinessmedia.com with the subject line 'PharmaXNext Abstract'.
Before you submit
- Proofread your abstract thoroughly
- Authors' names and affiliations in English
- Verify the length of your abstract
- Double-check the spelling of all names
- Include full details of the main and presenting author
- Specify oral or poster presentation
- Abstracts larger than 1 MB should be emailed as attachments
Presentation formats
Oral presentations
Verbal presentations supported by slides. Use slides to enhance your points rather than replace your talk, and keep eye contact with the audience.
Poster specifications
Posters are 1 metre × 1 metre. Check carefully for typographical errors and use high-quality images.
Listener / delegate
For attendees who do not present. Listeners join keynotes and sessions, share ideas and network with corporate and academic professionals.
Conference proceedings
All accepted abstracts are published in the appropriate journals according to their topic.
