Monika Mazur is Vice President (General Manager) of Life Sciences at Invisible Technologies, where she partners with biotech, pharma, and healthcare organizations to move AI from experimentation into compliant, scalable operations.
Monika brings nearly a decade of experience advising and operating in highly regulated life sciences environments. She spent close to ten years at McKinsey & Company (San Francisco, New York, London, and Warsaw offices), where she led the firm’s Marketing Service Line for Life Sciences, advising global pharma and biotech leaders on commercialization, content transformation, and large-scale digital and operational change. Her work focused on translating advanced analytics, automation, and AI into real-world impact across commercial, medical, and corporate functions.
Following McKinsey, Monika joined BlinkRx as a Partner, where she held P&L responsibility and led enterprise growth initiatives with biopharma partners—working directly at the intersection of technology, operations, and patient access.
At Invisible Technologies, Monika now focuses on helping life sciences organizations operationalize generative AI and automation while maintaining auditability, compliance, and human judgment. Her work centers on redesigning workflows, capturing institutional knowledge, and embedding human-in-the-loop systems so organizations can scale without increasing operational risk.
Monika holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in law, international business, and finance. She studies abroad in Singapore and Japan. She also serves as a Regional Board Member for Girls With Impact, supporting the next generation of women leaders in business and technology.
